Project Engineer

Overview : Adept Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer to join a successful and growing engineering manufacturer based in Sheffield. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to manage projects from cradle to grave in a technically focused and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Manage projects from order through to completion, including delivery and invoicing Create and interpret electrical design schematics Produce and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) Oversee internal manufacturing processes and ensure project timelines are met Coordinate mechanical design (Inventor knowledge desirable) Manage project variations and amendments Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Witness Testing Organise Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), deliveries, and installation schedules Requirements : Proven experience in electrical project engineering or project management Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering practices Familiarity with AutoCAD; Inventor experience is an advantage Ability to read, produce, and amend technical drawings and schematics Experience in switchboard or power distribution industries preferred HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering desirable Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Benefits : Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Bonus scheme Company pension Training a...
