Job Description
- Support the Finance department with daily accounting tasks.
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Processing invoices and expense forms.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Maintaining an organised and streamlined accounting system.
- Assisting with year-end financial audits.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have :
