Job description

We are seeking a live-in all-rounder to join a warm and welcoming family based in Devon. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting a busy household with two adults, a young child, and a second baby due shortly. The ideal candidate will be flexible, kind, and willing to roll up their sleeves to help keep the home running smoothly.

The family are down-to-earth, dog-friendly, and looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who can become a valued part of their home. A driver would be desirable but is not essential.

Duties include :

General housekeeping and upkeep of the home
Family laundry and ironing
Simple, healthy family cooking
Supporting Mum with childcare and daily routines
Walking and caring for the family dog
Being a helpful, flexible presence around the home, particularly when Dad is travelling for work

Working Hours :

5 days per week (including 3 weekends per month)

Approx. 8 hours per day

Flexibility required around family routines and travel schedule

Accommodation :

Lovely, self-contained outbuilding on the property, offering comfort and privacy.
