We are seeking a driven and personable Client Development Executive to join a dynamic Rec2Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) agency. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships across the UK recruitment industry. Working Monday to Friday during UK business hours, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and managing accounts for one of the most well-regarded agencies in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential recruitment agency clients across the UK.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strategic outreach and communication.
- Conduct client needs analysis to match them with suitable candidates.
- Liaise with internal resourcing teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends within the recruitment sector.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in recruitment or business development (Rec2Rec experience highly desirable).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Results-driven with a consultative approach to sales.Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach methods.Must be based in the UK and available to work standard UK hours (Monday to Friday)J-18808-Ljbffr
