Job description

We are seeking a driven and personable Client Development Executive to join a dynamic Rec2Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) agency. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships across the UK recruitment industry. Working Monday to Friday during UK business hours, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and managing accounts for one of the most well-regarded agencies in the sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, sales, and client engagement who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential recruitment agency clients across the UK.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strategic outreach and communication.
  • Conduct client needs analysis to match them with suitable candidates.
  • Liaise with internal resourcing teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly business development targets.
  • Stay up to date with market trends within the recruitment sector.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment or business development (Rec2Rec experience highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Results-driven with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach methods.
  • Must be based in the UK and available to work standard UK hours (Monday to Friday)
