About The Role

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting projects and driving results? We’re looking for a Development Programme Co-ordinator to join our Store Development team. Reporting to the Development Programme Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our refurbishment and new store programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers, helping to manage project milestones, maintain accurate records, and support the end-to-end order process.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating key milestones and documentation for development projects.
Managing supplier and equipment orders using SAP.
Maintaining and updating project and asset databases.
Supporting stores and suppliers with queries and logistics.
Issuing timely communications and reports to stakeholders.
Reconciling invoices and ensuring accurate financial tracking.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with SAP (desirable but not essential).
