Oil Boiler Engineer (Experienced or Trainee) Location : Herts & Essex R9 Recruitment is proud to partner with a respected family-run oil company seeking a motivated Oil Boiler Engineer to join their growing team. Whether you're experienced or looking to break into the trade, this role offers hands-on work, career development, and plenty of variety. The Role : You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing domestic and commercial oil boilers, as well as identifying and resolving central heating faults. Working directly with customers, your technical mindset and problem-solving skills will shine. We’re Looking For :

• Right to work in the UK
• Technically minded with knowledge of oil boilers, plumbing, gas, or heating systems — or the willingness to learn
• OFTEC, Gas, or Plumbing qualifications are a bonus (full training provided)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills — you’ll be the face of the company in people’s homes
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check What You’ll Get :

• Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
