SENIOR AI SALES MANAGER
Location : Relocation to Abu Dhabi / Dubai
Our client, a leader in AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is seeking a Senior AI Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth in key international markets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding their global footprint, measurably boosting revenue, profitability and market sharm and delivering best-in-class sales performance through profitable international sales strategies in line with our overall business objectives. You will develop and execute data-driven sales plans, foster long-term partnerships with key public sector and enterprise clients, and strengthen their position as a global leader in generative AI, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive revenue growth in target markets.
- Identify and secure high-value enterprise and public sector clients undergoing digital transformation.
- Build and nurture C-level relationships, positioning AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and solutions teams to tailor offerings for global markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be present at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings to promote solutions and provide competitive market insights to help shape product roadmap and sales strategy.
Requirements :
Extensive experience in B2B enterprise technology sales, particularly in AI / ML, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or data center solutions, with at least 7 years in international markets.Deep understanding of AI / ML workload requirements and the supporting compute / storage / networking ecosystem (e.g., NVIDIA GPUs, Kubernetes, TensorFlow / PyTorch).Familiarity with hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lifecycle management tools.Financial and business acumen in the international market.Experience managing complex sales cycles, navigating enterprise procurement and legal processes.Exceptional C-level stakeholder engagement and deal-closing abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.Ability to navigate ambiguity and be hands-on in building solutions from scratch. This includes the ability to work directly with technical teams, manage challenges, and ensure practical, scalable solutions are developed in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Experience :
Selling into AI-intensive industries such as finance, healthcare, life sciences, or autonomous systems.Knowledge of MLOps tools, data labeling platforms, and model lifecycle management.Experience working with large hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and top-tier technology companies is preferable but not essential.Technical certifications or hands-on experience with AI or cloud infrastructure technologies.
