Sous Chef Requirements :

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality, fresh-food gastropub or restaurant.

Passion for seasonal British produce and a drive to create standout dishes.

Great communication skills, team leadership, and a calm presence under pressure.
