Job descriptionMinimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required. New Build experience desired but not essential Must be based around Essex / Norfolk / Suffolk. Must have a valid UK drivers license Basic salary between 24-35K depending on experience Tiered commission structure Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, every other weekend with 2 days off in the week Full admin support Phone and laptop provided
Mortgage Advisor
This company is a large new build mortgage brokerage with hundreds of sites across the UK. They are looking for a New Build Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This is a field based role, so you must be based around the Essex / Norfolk / Suffolk area.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
