We’re on the lookout for someone who can stay calm, keep things fair, and help turn complaints into better customer experiences.

As a Complaints Handler , you’ll be the first point of contact when things go wrong — but also the first step in making things right. Whether you’re resolving an issue, investigating a concern, or just offering a reassuring voice, you’ll be helping our team stay transparent, ethical, and customer-first.

What you’ll be doing :

• Handling complaints across phone, email & web
• Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams
• Keeping everything logged and on track
• Helping us spot patterns & improve how we do things
• Staying in line with FCA and TCF guidelines
