As an Assistant Town Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting this company’s team of experienced planners in delivering comprehensive planning services to their client. Responsibilities :

• Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough research on planning policies, regulations, and local development plans. Provide insightful analysis to support the decision-making process.
• Application Processing : Assist in the preparation, submission, and monitoring of planning applications. Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and deadlines.
• Client Interaction : Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to gather information and maintain positive relationships. Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects.
• Report Writing : Prepare clear and concise planning reports, including site assessments, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
