The North is booming. Commercial developments are reshaping skylines, and our client is leading the charge. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Cost Consultant to take ownership of their expanding Northern operations and make a significant impact on the region's transformation.

You will have end-to-end responsibility for cost consultancy across diverse, high-profile projects including commercial developments, fit-outs, and refurbishments. This variety will keep you engaged and establish your trusted advisor status with blue-chip clients who rely on your expertise.

You should be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and either MRICS or actively working towards chartership, with 5+ years of proven experience in cost consultancy or quantity surveying.
