Salary : £45,000 – £60,000 DOE
Working Arrangement : Hybrid working available (2–3 days in office)
TSR Legal are currently working with a highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experienced Conveyancer (3+ years) for their busy and expanding Swindon office . This position offers excellent progression prospects for a solicitor keen to get involved in marketing, networking , and bringing in new work , alongside managing a varied and quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage your own caseload of residential and / or commercial property transactions
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior members of the team
- Take a proactive role in growing the department through business development
- Engage in client relationship management and local networking
- Deliver excellent service standards and maintain compliance
