The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and project delivery, with a strong focus on process improvement, ERP systems and barcoding solutions.

Warehouse Manager Duties :

Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance

Lead, support, and develop warehouse teams to ensure high performance and strong team morale

Optimise warehouse layout, storage systems and inventory control procedures for improved operational flow

Plan and deliver warehouse improvement projects, including process redesign, system enhancements and space optimisation

Drive automation and process innovation to minimise waste and maximise throughput

Utilise ERP systems for accurate inventory management, order fulfilment and performance reporting
