With an expanding footprint across London and the Home Counties, they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their growing construction division. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the construction department, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple projects
- Provide strong leadership to site and project teams, promoting a high-performance culture
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes, KPIs, and best practices
- Monitor project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting across construction activities
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align construction efforts with overall business strategy
- Uphold compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards
