With an expanding footprint across London and the Home Counties, they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their growing construction division. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the construction department, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple projects
• Provide strong leadership to site and project teams, promoting a high-performance culture
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes, KPIs, and best practices
• Monitor project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting across construction activities
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align construction efforts with overall business strategy
• Uphold compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards
• Utilise platforms such as Monday . com to track progress, milestones, and resources
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects
