- All IT Equipment Supplied What You Will Be Doing As A Customer Service Administrator As a Bilingual Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking B2B clients. Your key duties will include handling inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email - This opportunity holds high quality standards as you will be working within the financial services sector.
- Handle customer service queries from Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email
- Complaints resolution.
- Data-Entry - Log and maintain accurate customer records
- Arrange and process payments for clients
- Translate documents and correspondence as required
- Meet productivity targets, supporting the team to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and underwriter standards. Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday What You Will Bring
- You will be fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written to a professional standard
- Strong MS Office experience
- Experience in delivering customer service / Administration within an FCA / Financial Services sector
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Capable of effectively managing Team relationships remotely
