Our client is a growing Aerospace component manufacturer, supplying aero engine and airframe OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers around the world. They have between 100-120 employees and are aiming to double their turnover within the next 5 years. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team.

Info About What The Senior Manufacturing Engineer Role Entails

You will take full responsibility for the implementation and definition of processes to support strategic and operational goals of the company. You will manage a minimum of one Manufacturing Engineer.

Some Responsibilities Include :

• Responsible for day-to-day management of a Manufacturing Engineer as a line manager.
• Managing RCCA Activities, with a strong focus on scrap and rework reduction.
• Addressing manufacturing process issues.
• Improving manufacturing processes and equipment through development and implementation of new strategies.
