Our Mechanics are the backbone of our workshops and play a vital role in keeping our customers and their vehicles safe and on the move. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of vehicles, including the newest hybrid and electric vehicles.

Whether you are a third-year apprentice looking for a permanent role, or a Master Technician seeking your next opportunity, we will have a role to suit you!

We are proud to offer continuous development and training for anyone eager to grow. We have fast-track programmes via the Ford Master programme for quick progression, IMI Level 4 training for those who want to deepen their knowledge, in-house training to broaden company expertise, and certified training for Electric and Hybrid vehicles to learn the latest technologies. These options are just a few of what we offer; the list is extensive. We want you to choose the route and level that best fits you.

What You’ll Have

• A full UK driving licence
• A desire to produce work to the highest standard
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Hours

We offer various shift patterns to suit your preferences, whether a standard Monday to Friday, early starts and finishes, or a condensed 4-day week. We’re confident we can find a working pattern that fits you.
