Head of Tax

Alfa is seeking to appoint a Head of Tax, a senior member of the group's Finance team, replacing the retiring incumbent at the end of 2025. The role reports directly to the group's CFO and oversees all tax-related matters, including strategy, planning, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Corporate Tax Advisory :

Manage international tax strategy and transfer pricing, ensuring compliance and documentation.

Oversee VAT, US sales tax compliance, and advise on indirect tax implications.

Serve as a key consultant on employment tax matters.

Oversee tax compliance across all taxes, liaising with external advisors and authorities.

Manage tax disclosures for group and local accounts, contribute to budgeting, and liaise with auditors.

Maintain tax governance, document processes, and manage tax risks.

Promote the value of tax across stakeholders and ensure compliance with information security policies.

Manage payroll processes, software review, and integration with Workday.

Supervise the EMEA Payroll Manager and collaborate with the finance team and external advisors.
