About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Specialist to join a rapidly growing international medical device company focused on transforming the treatment of structural heart disease. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the adoption of innovative, minimally invasive therapies that are improving outcomes for patients with complex cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support : Provide expert support to physicians and cath lab teams during minimally invasive heart procedures, ensuring optimal use of advanced medical devices.
Training & Education : Deliver comprehensive training to clinical staff on device technology, procedural techniques, and best practices.
Case Coverage : Attend and support cases across leading cardiac centers throughout the UK, acting as the primary technical resource.
Relationship Building : Develop strong partnerships with clinicians, nurses, and hospital staff to drive awareness and adoption of new therapies.
Troubleshooting : Offer real-time guidance and troubleshooting during procedures to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
Feedback & Reporting : Gather clinical insights and feedback from the field to inform product development and continuous improvement.

About You

Clinical background in cardiac devices, cath lab, or structural heart (e.g., nurse, physiologist, clinical scientist, or similar).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence clinical teams.

Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75%) and field-based work across the UK.

Passionate about medical innovation and improving patient outcomes.
