Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to cover learners in the Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe, and Stafford regions.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners in achieving their goals through Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support needed to flourish throughout their learning journey with Realise.
While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include :
- Supporting a caseload of 40 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications.
- Creating tailored solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience and can develop their interests and careers.
- Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

The Salary :
If you are a Trainee or qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 3 - £27,500If you are a qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 5 - £28,500You can earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!The Benefits :

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential.Significant occupational experience in an Early Years setting.An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32 / 33, CAVA) is advantageous.A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) is advantageous.Experience in managing your own caseload.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in IT, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.What Happens Next?
