Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Senior / Lead Mechanical Project Manager Required - Central London Up to £85,000 plus a competitive company package including travel I'm currently working with one of the leading M&E Contractors who have secured a £3 million commercial fit out project based in Central London. They are now recruiting for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager take a lead on this project. The project has around 12 months to run along with the division being incredibly busy and having many additional projects in the pipeline and secured. This company offers a great package on top of a highly competitive salary & bonus. Experience taking a lead on projects valued up to £5million within the commercial sector is required at this level. Key Activities will include :

• Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion
• Management of site team
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Production of Risk and Method Statements
• Management of the commissioning activities Candidate requirements :
