Job description

The role of a Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare in Liss, Hampshire involves providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents in a 34-bedded Residential & Dementia Care Home. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their everyday activities and needs, ensuring they receive the care and support they require. This includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. You will work closely with the wider care team to deliver a nurturing and inclusive environment for the residents.
