  • The Senior CRM Executiv e role at CAVU is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and deliver our CRM marketing strategy across all our brands. Reporting into the CRM Lead and sitting within our central Customer Marketing function, you’ll be responsible for executing timely, relevant, and data-driven campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase retention, and deliver commercial revenue

You’ll play a key role in growing our marketing database, expanding our pool of active customers, and maximising customer lifetime value (CLTV) through continuous testing, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. From campaign planning and performance analysis to automated journey management and data-led segmentation, this is a brilliant role for someone passionate about CRM, digital marketing, and customer experienc
