Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Lead by example, prioritize customer needs, ensure operational efficiency, and conduct regular store walks.
• People : Encourage staff suggestions, provide feedback, create a respectful team environment, and manage performance with HR support.
• Driving Sales : Understand sales trends, ensure proper merchandising, coach staff on upselling, and identify areas for improvement.
• Operations : Manage KPIs, maintain standards, oversee stock and equipment, ensure health & safety compliance, and handle opening / closing procedures.
