JOB TITLE : Charities Solicitor

PQE : 5 years +

LOCATION : Newcastle upon Tyne

THE ROLE :

The opportunity has arisen for an additional Charities Solicitor to join this highly regarded commercial law firm. The role will involve advising on all aspects of charity law to a full range of charitable organisations from local specialists to household names. You will be dealing with the formation of new charities, advising on charity structures, dealing with the Charity Commission in relation to new charity registrations, constitutional and governance matters.

THE CANDIDATE :

The successful Charities Solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE within this sector and a proven track record within this specialist sector. With strong commercial awareness, you will be able to work effectively within a team and possess a real commitment to this area of law. The successful Charities Solicitor will have excellent technical ability and a client / outcome focused approach, as well as a proactive approach to business development initiatives.
