Head of Design - Facade / Cladding - Hybrid

The Role - Head of Design (Facade / Cladding)

Responsible for concept development through to construction documentation, you’ll guide the design team while collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and project managers. This is a unique opportunity to drive design excellence in a company that thrives on precision, performance, and aesthetic innovation.

  • Develop and maintain the company’s design standards, protocols and workflows
  • Lead a team of Design Managers & Designers.
  • Implement a clear Design Management strategy
  • Collaborate with commercial and project delivery teams to align design with programme and budget
  • Represent the business in client meetings, pitches, and design reviews
  • Foster a culture of design excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

    • Previous experience in a Head of Design or Senior Design Manager or similar is essential, with facade experience.
