MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION IN EAST RIDING

Job Title : Multi trade operative

Location : Hull

temp to perm

Salary : GBP34,067 per annum

GBP4k OTE

Responsibilities of the Multi Trade :

Perform first and second fix plumbing, including radiator installation and system draining / refilling.

Carry out structural repairs and installations : ceilings, floor joists, stairs, stud walls, partitioning, flooring (T&G or sheet), doors, casings, skirting, handrails, and ducting panelling.

Install and finish bathrooms : shower trays, full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers), tiling, and patch plastering.

Complete painting and decorating tasks to a high standard.

Requirements for Carpenter role :

NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Carpentry

Valid CSCS

Asbestos Awareness

Social Housing Experience

Full UK Driving License
