Job Title : Senior Civil Engineer – Roads & Drainage

Location : Manchester (Hybrid)

A consultancy in Manchester is delivering a steady pipeline of housing and infrastructure schemes – and they're after a Senior Civil Engineer to lead on drainage and highway packages.

• You’ll be responsible for :
• Designing adoptable highways and drainage (S278, S38, S104)
• Mentoring junior staff and liaising with clients
• Using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage
• What you’ll need :
• 6+ years’ experience in UK civil design (housing / infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of adoptions and approvals
• Able to lead design work with minimal oversight
• Ideally available within 2–3 weeks

This is a hybrid role with flexibility on office days. The team is supportive, delivery-focused, and looking for someone who can take ownership.
