Management Accountant

Location – Trafford Park, Manchester

A well-established import / retail SME based in Trafford Park, Manchester. You’ll be working in a broad role, supporting management accounting, decision-making and commercial understanding within the business, alongside other finance responsibilities. The person in this role also has the opportunity to grow within the business.

Responsibilities include :

• Monthly management accounts &P+L reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• General ledger management
• Various kinds of analysis, particularly around cost, stock, and margin
• VAT Returns
• Leveraging CRM system to support financial and commercial analysis
• Identifying and actioning areas of business improvement
• Any other ad hoc tasks
