Gifts - Sales Assistant

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Rota : Every Sunday 10 : 30-17 : 30, Monday 12 : 00-18 : 00 and Thursday 09 : 00-18 : 00

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by :
• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
