Job description

Exec Recruitment Solutions is currently working on behalf of an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked team known for our commitment to growth and collaboration. They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Fee Solicitor (5+yrs PQE) to join the Development team.

This position is based in their head offices near Aldershot.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
Supporting development clients through the full lifecycle of development projects, from land acquisition to planning and plot sales
Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
Planning and Section 106 agreements
Infrastructure and utility arrangements
Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
