We're Hiring : Electrical Maintenance Technician – Oxbridge

Location : Oxbridge

Shifts : 6 on / 4 off (8-hour shifts)

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician seeking your next opportunity in a dynamic and safety-first production environment? Join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will play a key role in minimising downtime and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to breakdowns
Support installations, upgrades, and refurbishment projects across the site
Carry out dynamic risk assessments and ensure safe working practices
Maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and updates within the CMMS system
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with management on fault diagnosis and equipment performance
Monitor and manage stock of critical spares and consumables

About You :

NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or a time-served apprenticeship (essential)

Additional qualifications such as HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent (preferred)

Strong electrical knowledge, with experience in fault-finding and repairs

Familiar with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and teamwork skills
