Position Overview

  • Title : Divisional Operations Manager
  • Location : London (South, South-West, and North-West)
  • Contract : Fixed Term / Full Time (40 hours / week)
  • Salary : From £50k + car allowance
  • Field-based role - Driving Licence / Car Essential

Closing Date : 18 / 7 / 25

Purpose of the Role

  • Support Regional Directors in Quality, People, and Growth .
  • Lead and inspire teams across multiple nursery settings.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) when needed.
  • Drive performance improvement , manage short-term assignments , and support new manager inductions .
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Early Childhood teams.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, induction, and training of nursery staff.
  • Lead by example, promoting Bright Horizons’ HEART values .
  • Implement and monitor Quality, People, and Growth action plans.
