Senior EPM Consultant
Location : Remote – UK-based
Henderson Drake is supporting a consultancy that continues to grow its footprint across the UK, delivering finance transformation projects for a wide mix of clients. The business is looking for a Senior Consultant who can take ownership of end-to-end planning system implementations, combining strong project leadership with deep subject-matter expertise.
This position is well suited to someone who has a solid grounding in financial processes, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and has applied that knowledge to deliver enterprise planning solutions using platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle PBCS, or comparable tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver full-cycle EPM implementation projects, from requirements gathering through to go-live and support
- Engage directly with clients to shape planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions aligned to their business goals
- Build, configure, and optimise financial models to support better decision-making
- Oversee functional design, testing, and change management activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting and mentoring colleagues on project delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across industries and geographies
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience delivering end-to-end planning projects using an EPM platform (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1, Oracle PBCS, etc.)Background in consulting or finance systems roles with significant client-facing responsibilityA solid understanding of core finance processes including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planningProven ability to manage stakeholders and lead project teams through all phases of implementationExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional accounting qualifications are an advantage)Comfortable working remotely and managing projects in a distributed environmentWhat’s on Offer
