Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Housing Location : Livingston, West Lothian Salary : Competitive + Car / Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Type : Full-time, Permanent A leading residential housebuilder is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team based in Livingston. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role with real influence over key housing developments across East Central Scotland. The Role : As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial responsibility for a number of live and upcoming housing sites. You will oversee cost planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards. A key part of the role will also involve mentoring and developing junior surveyors, contributing to the growth and capability of the wider team.
