The Role
As a Legal Secretary in a Conveyancing / Commercial Property department, you will play a pivotal role in transcribing recordings using digital dictation software.
Responsibilities :
- Managing incoming calls and message handling.
- Coordinating with clients and external parties.
- Conducting various searches and registrations.
- Organising file opening and archiving.
- Maintaining diary schedules.
Requirements :
Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Legal Secretary in a similar role.Ideally you wll have experience in conveyancing or commercial property department.Skilled in digital dictation.Strong word-processing and audio typing abilities.Familiarity with MS Office suite.Professional telephone etiquette.
