Job description

A leading US law firm is seeking a high-performing 5–6 PQE Associate to join its elite London litigation and arbitration team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside Chambers and Legal 500-ranked partners on complex, high-value disputes involving global clients across sectors such as private equity, financial services, healthcare, and technology.

The team is led by highly regarded practitioners with deep experience in :

  • Shareholder and JV disputes
  • Fund and portfolio company litigation
  • IP / IT and outsourcing disputes
  • International arbitration under HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, and SIAC rules
  • Defamation, restrictive covenants, and team move issues

The practice is particularly active in cross-border disputes and international arbitration, with a strong track record in the financial services, energy, defence, and technology sectors. The team regularly handles matters involving urgent injunctive relief, asset tracing, and multi-jurisdictional enforcement strategies.

    • Ideal candidate :

  • 5–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and / or arbitration
  • Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Experience with international arbitration and cross-border disputes is highly desirable
  • Confident, collaborative, and commercially minded
