Gym Manager

The Responsibility :

• Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
• Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
• Driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary to driven overall profitability of the gym
• Effective management of controllable costs such as; stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit
• Ensure central processes like  FUNDAMENTALS ASCEND & MOVE  are followed & delivered to the highest level consistently
• Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like  #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
• Lead the recruiting monitoring training and onboarding of new team members within your gym
• Ensure that all daily weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard.
• Willing and able to deliver honest constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them daily
• Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
• Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety including pool plant operations
• Ensure consistently high sta
