We are currently seeking an organised proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join a dynamic internal sales team. In this key role you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts ensuring the seamless delivery of products and services while supporting commercial growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Process and manage customer orders from entry through to delivery maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status shipping details and any potential issues
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain internal systems and ensure up-to-date accurate data
• Support external account managers with onboarding new clients and preparing for account reviews
• Participate in customer-focused projects and initiatives to enhance service and operational performance
• Hours : MondayFriday 8 : 45am5 : 00pm (37.5 hours / week)
