Customer Service Assistant (Saturdays) - Farnham, Surrey

We take pride in delivering high standards and achieve this by processing sales and enquiries through the tills with a friendly, caring and timely approach; helping customers with any query, contacting colleagues to help with product care tips and availability, lifts to the car, escalating complaints etc.

• About You
• The candidate will need to deliver exceptional customer service skills and be able to work at the required pace to ensure swift and polite service through checkouts.

You will need a warm and welcoming personality, enthusiasm, patience and confidence to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.

Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
