Contracts Manager – London

70M Hotel Refurbishment | 193 Rooms | Demo, Refurb & Substructure Works

We’re representing a leading main contractor known for delivering complex and high-quality projects across the UK and Ireland. They’re now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a major £70M hotel redevelopment in Central London .

This flagship project involves full internal strip-out and demolition, significant substructure works, and high-end refurbishment across 193 rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-start through to handover
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Drive quality, programme and cost performance in line with client expectations
• Manage health & safety across all phases of demolition, substructure, and refurbishment
• Interface with design, commercial and planning teams to ensure coordinated delivery
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership and client teams
• Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold Gilbert-Ash’s reputation for excellence
