Greeting and seating customers with a friendly and professional attitude.. Taking orders accurately and providing menu recommendations.. Serving food and drinks promptly and with a smile.. Handling payments and ensuring the till is balanced.. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.. Assisting in resolving customer queries or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.. What We’re Looking For : . Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
