We're looking for a talented and driven Developer to join a growing Digital Transformation team working on cutting-edge products designed to reshape the way professionals in finance and audit work. About the Team

The Digital Transformation function sits within a well-established professional services firm currently undergoing exciting growth. The team is central to a number of high-impact projects and operates with a startup-style approach inside a supportive and forward-thinking business. What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with other developers on code reviews, feature design, and deployment planning.

Build across the entire product stack :

Frontend : modern, responsive user interfaces

Backend : scalable APIs and application logic

Data Layer : analytical tools and processing engines

Independently lead features or projects from discovery through to release.

Support junior team members through mentorship and code pairing.

Solve complex technical challenges involving large datasets and workflow automation.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments.

Strong proficiency in :

Backend : Python, Django

Frontend : JavaScript, React, Next.js

Version Control : Git

Ability to design and maintain performant, data-heavy backend systems with external API integrations.

Experience developing responsive UIs that perform well across devices and browsers.

Self-starter attitude with the ability to take full ownership of technical tasks.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
