Previous head chef or senior sous chef experience.At least 4 years working at an established event catering company, or two rosette level or equivalentA passion for great food and creativityProven ability leading a teamA strong understanding of inventory, food costs controls and menu development.Work with the executive chef and events team to prepare and execute eventsA keen eye for detailA can do attitude and strong personal and communication skillsWhat you get :
