Are you an IT professional with a passion for data analytics and reporting with experience of BI development and NetSuite? Do you thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights? We're looking for a dynamic and skilled NetSuite Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to join our innovative team and play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven future!

Stiltz design, manufacture, and install our award-winning, industry-leading homelifts that restore freedom of movement and make our customers' homes a place of true independence.

What You'll Do

  • Design, Build, and Deploy : Create impactful NetSuite reports and business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, NetSuite saved searches, and NetSuite analytics.
  • Data Integration : Develop ETLs or processes to centralize data from multiple sources into a data warehouse.
  • Team Leadership : Provide direction and guidance to other IT team members and power users.
  • Optimization : Review and optimize existing saved searches and analytics reports for improved performance.
  • Support & Troubleshooting : Assist with NetSuite support and carry out basic troubleshooting and resolution tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
  • Administrative Support : Occasionally support team members with admin tasks.

    • What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience in IT with a strong focus on designing and deploying NetSuite reports and business intelligence solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in Power BI and NetSuite analytics.
  • Ability to develop ETLs and centralize data in a data warehouse.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite support, including saved search creation and analytics.
  • Functional knowledge of major business processes in the sales and distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent in ICT, Maths and English.
  • Degree in IT or Computing or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Power BI.

    • Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Celigo Integrator IO.
  • NetSuite Certifications.
  • Experience with Zone Reporting.
