We're seeking a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC . This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services, and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic projects that drive our company forward.

Description

We're seeking a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC . This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services, and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic projects that drive our company forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements
• Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions and develop and deliver projects
• Lead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementation
• Work closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions
• Implement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools when needed
• Oversee the program of work, with support from the Operations team
