Multi-Modal Operator – Sea, Air & Road Freight
Location : Felixstowe | Job Type : Full-Time
Salary : 30k - 38k
Join a leading UK freight forwarder as a Multi-Modal Operator , managing shipments across Sea (FCL / LCL), Air, and European Road Freight. This is a hands-on role overseeing the full process—booking, customs, documentation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage import / export shipments via sea, air, and road
- Complete customs entries via CDS and work with Destin8 / CNS
- Coordinate with carriers, hauliers, and port authorities
- Prepare transport documents (BLs, AWBs, CMRs)
- Provide client updates and resolve shipment issues
