Learning Support Assistant | SEN Support | Long Term | Telford
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a committed and supportive team at a primary school based in Telford. The successful candidate will work across the early years and key stage 1 classes to support children who have additional learning needs, as well as acting as a general Teaching Assistant within the classroom.
Job Role : Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Start Date : ASAP
Location : Telford
Contract : Full Time
Rate : £85 - £110 per day (PAYE or Umbrella options available, Weekly Pay)
What will your responsibilities be?
- To provide 1 : 1 and small group support to children within the classroom
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other support staff, meeting the children's specific needs
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and social integration
- Monitor and record certain children's progress, communicating effectively with the SENCO and other relevant professionals
