Head of Sales – Energy Transition

Join a Leading UK Automation Innovator

Salary : £85,000–£95,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, private healthcare

Location : West Midlands (Remote / Hybrid with UK / overseas travel)

The Role :

As Head of Sales – Energy Transition, you’ll drive profitable growth by :

  • Developing and executing a “Go To Market” strategy for Energy Transition projects
  • Securing high-value contracts in sectors like CO2 storage, SAF, and nuclear SMRs
  • Building senior-level client relationships and acting as a trusted thought leader
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions
  • Representing the company at industry events to expand networks and opportunities

About You :

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Energy Transition sector
  • Proven success selling solutions (e.g., VSDs, PLCs, SCADA, battery systems)
  • Strong network of senior-level industry contacts
